Why Practice Yoga and Meditation?

My Health To Go yoga program is available for individual, group, and corporate clients. Sessions are 1-1 1/2 hours in length. Each session integrates Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. Check the Events section for my public yoga schedule.

About My Classes

I teach a gentle, restorative yoga that works very deeply in the body allowing healthy changes to manifest in your life. These changes begin in your first session as you move toward greater health and a state of bliss. My approach is both spiritual and holistic. I incorporate inspirational messages along with body posture and alignment, mental focus, and meditation into my group and private classes. My goal is that you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed, and renewed.

Even if you have found it difficult to meditate in the past, my approach will help you be successful. I use a combination of breathing techniques, visualization, and simple mantras (words or phrases) that will demystify meditation for anyone. The practice of meditation offers many long-term health and wellness benefits.

Private Yoga Sessions

If you have specific health issues or other considerations that make practicing in a class environment impossible, please do not let that keep you from experiencing the healing benefits of yoga. Working with you one-0n-one, I can show you the optimal yoga poses that will help you reach your health goals.
