Group Health & Wellness Coaching
Group health coaching offers an efficient, affordable way to get support for achieving your health goals in a safe, confidential environment. Health to Go group members are there to support and accept each other, empathizing with each other’s challenges and celebrating each other’s milestones.
Small group coaching sessions, up to 10 participants, give you the opportunity to speak and be heard in a presence of respectful, like-minded people. This intimate setting helps to create a heartfelt feeling of community support, care, belonging, and self-reliance. A trusting, non-judgmental environment is created so that each group member receives what he or she needs to move forward.
Commitment and Accountability
Achieving any health goal requires commitment, and the group can help to gently reinforce individual accountability. Each person holds the highest intention for other group members as they walk the path of change. This process creates greater confidence and self-reliance on the part of all members.
Group members are carefully chosen for their sincerity and commitment. Group guidelines are established so that every member feels comfortable and safe. Meetings are held virtually or in-person in a small group setting.

Harness the power of group sessions to make easy lifestyle changes and create the health you want and deserve. Monica and the group will help you achieve four or more goals in empowering weekly one-hour sessions. You’ll will use a self-assessment tool in the first session to help you prioritize the goals you’ll work on between class sessions. Groups consist of 6–8 members.
